Wow, I haven't done anything at all lately. I'm really not feeling motivated to do anything other than play video games or sleep. And I'm really crampy right now! Grr.

My poor, poor Biko has a cone on his head. He ad this cut on his tummy that he kept licking so we took him to the vet and got him a cone. The cut is finally starting to heal. We also have new medicine for it too! Woo. So, I hope he starts to feel better soon. I feel so bad for him, crashing into everything. At least I can supply a nice warm bed for him to sleep on.

My video games are coming good since I got a gamecube for my brithday! I'm so excited. Wee! (bounces off the walls) I actually have to games already. The usual for me I guess. I have Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicals and I'm totally loving that. I'm already starting year three. (silence) Oh shut up, I know it's not that far but oh well. I'm special. And lastly, how could you live without Melee? Me and my brother have been playing it a lot. Tee hee! I play the single player version quite a bit too, trying to finish all the goals on that humungo list.

My reading is doing well too. I have a ton of books I want to read, so I've set up a time for me each day to read. Not just in my bible, but other books too. I want to be prepared for my Honor's English class. I want to be in top shape! And reading is fun anyway. I love going on little adventures through the words. It's so much fun. I'm currently reading the "Wheel of Time Series". I'm on the first book actually. Quite exciting. I hope to finish that series and possibly finish all of my Anne McCaffrey books. She happens to be my favorite Author! =D

My drawing in coming along. Not as much as I wish it too, but I guess you can't rush. My teacher for my art class I'm taking this summer invited me to take the once a week year session. She thinks I'm a great artist and would really like it. She says I could even bring my Drawing & Painting 1-2 homework with me. So, I'm pondering that. Currently, I'm working on a group picture of the sailor scouts for a friend of mine. Truthfully, I haven't even started it and she asked me at the beginning of the month. I'm such a lazy bum. I feel so bad. I need more motivation!

My writting is coming along quite well I might add. I finished the first chapter of my book! Doo doo do! Acomplishment! Ta da! I'm currently going through and editing it. There's a lot that I don't like about it. If I get the time, I'll give you guys the link to it or something. But if you have the time, I have the un-edited version on my fictionpress acount. I'll leave the link at the bottom. It's pure fantasy and all orignal. So copywritted already since I mailed it to myself! ^^ Mrs. Blackwood suggested I do that. So I did! I'll keep you posted on that more later.

And my faith, oh, my faith. I know I'm doing a lot of things in life that I don't want to do. It's really hard to be a Christian and keep myself pure as a teenager. Some of the moives I watch, the music I listen too. Some of it I'm not sure I should be opening my self up too. It's hard to make the right desisions. And my parents are Christians too, and they don't care what I do. So I have to make the choices all by myself. It's really quite hard. I feel so depressed. I'm trying to push myself to read more in my bible and seek assistance from my pastor on my choices in life. I guess I don't have to do them all by myself. =P I should have thought of that sooner. Oh Well. I guess those are some of the things I'm working on. I will continue to pray for all of my friends and family. So, if you have any prayer requests, make sure to contact me! I need to hear about them. I keep just praying in general for everyone if I don't know any specifics.

Well, I hope everyone is doing well and having a great summer. I know I am! It's actually the first summer that I'm actually doing stuff and I'm not bored. My brother baked a cake yesterday, so I'm going to go grab a slice. I'm a little hungry. Well, I love you all and I hope you continue to share your wonderful lives with me! Domo.

Love in him,
Nicki

Well, I'm updating tonight again only because I felt like it.

I know Sarah is on here, but I noticed she hadn't updated in a while. So, I'm going to update you all on that now so you can get caught up a bit. We fought and fought for a long time, and we had our disagreements. I took a step up and decided that we just needed some time apart for a while. Things just weren't working out with our friendship.

So, we're not ignoring each other, just away for a bit so we can move on with our lives without stress and stuff. So don't go bugging either one of us about when we'll be friends again. The time will come when it does. For now, there is not fire burning between us, so no worries. We did this not only for our relationship, but for the people around us too. Because it was affecting lots of other people and I knew that wasn't fair. We don't want to put people in the position to choose sides. Well, at least I don't. It's very immature.

Now, other than that subject, I'm currently taking a really fun art class. I haven't really learned my other than I need a magic wand. Boy oh boy do I want one of those. No, not in the nasty way that half of you are thinking right now. And magic wand is this cool thing where if you rub it against the led on the paper, it blends. It makes great shadows and stuff so I hope to buy that tomorrow with my extra cash. She also has some great sketch books, water colors, and my favorite, the water color brush from Japan! Yum yum. It is the the best of the best. I need it!

I hope ot be drawings more, my inspiration just isn't there as much. I'm blaming it on the fact that my room is a mess and I feel less organized and very stressed. I need to get all of that off of my shoulders so I can relax and draw, thats when I do the best! I hope to write more too. I need to stop with the photography and improve my drawing skills. I feel they're much more important to me. They are more useful too. I'm more likely to get a job drawing over a job taking photos. (sigh) Oh well, life is tough.

Classes next year are going to be very fun. Leland is where my cousin goes too! So, make sure all of you Leland fans say hello to my cousin Kellie. I'll tell you more about her another time. I signed up for some good classes too. I'm trying to get into a '00 class for "Drawing and Painting 1-2". And for my elective I signed up for "French 1-2". I'm not doing the usual Spanish like everyone else. And Japanese looks way too hard though it would be very useful for me. (shrug) Life is a pain. I go the usual classes going, World History or whatever, Biology, and I'm also taking an Honors class. I got signatures and everything. It's Honors English, since that's my favorite subject.

Well, that's already long enough of a journal. I'll post some cool stuff later. But enjoy for now! Thanks again everyone for your wonderful support. I love you all!

Love in him,
Nicki

Xanga
Hey everyone! I've decided to switch from DeadJournal over to Xanga and I hope I like it. So far it's much cleaner and more neat, at least layout wise, and I have a lot more friends on here. I hope I can update more too especially because it's summer. I'm really excited and I hope to get some good art up here for y'all to see as well as some of my photography and original novels possibly. Only if you people want it. ^_^ Of course, I must put all of my appreciation for this to Huy for telling me to come to Xanga. So blame him! Muwhahah.

I hope all of you enjoy my journals and ranting, they are generally quite amusing...hehe. Oh, of course, I must advertise.

Please come and check out my photography and draiwngs at:
http://nickel-city.deviantart.com/

You can leave me comments and stuff if you sign up and I'd gladly appreciate them. I could really use some good critisism. So, I'll actually post a good o'l journal tomorrow, so check back then. Thanks again!
